We are on the lookout for a real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is a talented agent who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. Team lead generation and sales are a big part of this upside commission opportunity. Responsibilities: • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research• Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process• Team and database lead generation• Find acquisition properties• Develop builder, developer, and contractor network• Investment property lead generation• Investment property lead follow-up• Listing appointments• Investment property buyer and seller sales• Close appointments• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required• Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • A real estate license is required• Good communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000+ at plan About Company: Our Mission: Empowering you to fund your dreams and create the most incredible legacy possible by building bigger, more profitable businesses and pursuing peak emotional and mental fitness.
