The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Job Details:Provide highly effective counsel on traditional and alternative investment transactions to various clients including pension funds, high wealth individuals, family offices, endowments, universities, sovereign entities, and insurance companies.Process large, complex documents with great attention to detail.Manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously.Communicate effectively and negotiate on behalf of clients.Work collaboratively as part of a team or independently. Requirements:JD from an ABA-accredited law school and license to practice law.Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical and writing skills.Client-service approach with exceptional communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience:1 to 7 years of investment management, investment fund, fund formation, or related experience.
