Dustman Rd.,--Bluffton, IN 46714We at Shearer s have plans to immediately expand production and continue to grow the team in the Bluffton facility as well as continue to service our key customers.-- We have the following shifts available for immediate hire:--Production SupervisorNight Shift11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Sunday - Thursday-- Pay Rate: $23-$26 an hour. Based on experience.----Your seat at the tableThe Production Supervisor position is responsible for leading employees in a manufacturing environment, including accountability for the achievement of all safety, quality, customer service, productivity, throughput, cost and continuous improvement objectives through both individual and team contributions.-- Production Supervisor is accountable for providing clear direction, leadership, and support to direct reports through empowerment, teamwork, coaching, and on-the-job assignments.
