Do you love making people happy? We’re looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to deliver impeccable hospitality to our guests! This role is for a natural-born leader who would enjoy managing our food and beverage staff and creating world-class experiences. Responsibilities:• Take the lead on bartending Thursday-Sunday in high Summer and Winter Seasons• Development of a food service menu and seasonally rotating bar/cocktail menu in collaboration with the General Manager, existing team members in F & B, and Lark's F & B Beverage Director• Inventory and Ordering for supplies, food, mixers, liquor, wine, beer, and garnishes• Supervisory Management of Staff in F & B Department• Management of Staff working in F & B for events• Training New Staff on the bar service and line cooking• Keeping track of DLL certifications for staff who are serving• Keeping in line with budget constraints in the F & B department• Leading bar service for events and weddings• Working with POS Light Speed Qualifications:• Experience working in a supervisory capacity• Experience with menu development• Experience with financials, ordering, inventory, and budgeting preferred Compensation: $23 - $25 yearly About Company: Talta Lodge is designed with the adventurer in mind.
