Must have experience managing industrial or laboratory equipment field service organization operations. *** Develop Annual Operating Plan; monitor business metrics including Branch balanced scorecards, profit and loss metrics, and asset metrics against plan. *** Drive business growth through annual marketing and sales plan including developing business relationships with customers, new business partners, and prospects. *** Manage day-to-day operations and financial metrics for multiple branches in the region. *** Recruit, develop, motivate, manage, and retain service employees. *** Analyze service capability metrics to identify, prioritize and resolve channel development opportunities within service network. *** Monitor Repair Event Cycle Time and implement improvements within branches. *** Manage warranty submission and rejection; identify repetitive warranty issues and provide recommendations for product and service improvement.
