Position Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to join our team, responsible for maintaining an accurate daily inventory of all products. This role is critical for ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse inventory management, be proficient with computers, and possess strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Core Duties: Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Research and recommend necessary inventory adjustments. Verify pack size and cubic foot information for all products. Support Functions: Review open orders and weekly back orders reports to manage and rectify discrepancies. Verify barcode accuracy and conduct scans to maintain data integrity. Technical and Administrative Tasks: Utilize computer systems to record and track inventory metrics. Perform other related duties as assigned to support inventory control and warehouse operations. Flexibility for Role-Specific Tasks: Adapt to additional inventory management tasks as required by the operational needs. Required Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Experience in a warehouse setting with forklift and inventory management required. Skills: Proficiency with computers; excellent organizational and attention to detail; strong time management skills. Ideal Candidate Profile: Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze inventory data and make informed recommendations. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in verifying inventory details and resolving discrepancies.
