Server/Bartender Positions at Winchester Country Club We are looking for friendly and outgoing servers with good communication skills and basic knowledge of food and drink varieties. Our team is fun and supportive and allows for a broad array of personalities. If you have a great work ethic, enjoy a fast paced and fun work environment, then join our team at WCC! Year-round shifts Day and evening availability, weekends Easy parking and employee meals! Responsibilities include: Welcome all members personally and cordially while communicating with proper verbal and body language. Must have the ability to answer questions about the menu items and explain how they are prepared. Serve responsibly and know when it is appropriate to limit drinks. Be a team member in order to maintain an effective work atmosphere. Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for members according to prescribed recipes or portions. Keep bar/dining room stocked with necessary supplies. Complete side work before each shift is mandatory. Keep workstation clean and well organized. Transmit orders to the kitchen, noting the timing of meal progression. Maintain dining experience by inquiring needs, removing courses as completed and being alert to any special needs of the members. Report to work well manicured with a neat and clean uniform.
