Immediately Hiring Full Time Customer Service Specialists! Legal Intake Professionals ® , or LIP ® , isn't just another answering service for lawyers. We provide legal intake services for law firms. That's it, that's all we do. And we're good at it too. We have developed a reputation for quality client intake service, and it's all thanks to our talented, caring legal intake experts. We are currently seeking polite, caring, and professional specialists to work closely with other team members to provide Legendary Service to our clients' callers. The ideal candidate will need to possess a positive attitude, be customer service oriented, have strong communication skills, and enjoy talking to people daily. Our jobs require people that are very detail oriented. We handle calls for a large number of accounts and so there is always a lot of activity and new challenges to face and resolve daily! Previous experience in the customer service industry is also preferred, but NOT required --- we will train You! This is an in office p osition. Your job will be receive incoming client calls, follow detailed scripts, fill out intake forms while talking to clients, and receive calls electronically and by live transfer. You will need to set the tone and pace of your calls while maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience with potential clients. To be successful in this role, you must have: Good verbal and written communication skills, specifically: spelling, grammar, and diction A professional phone voice that shows customer care and concern Active-listening skills to ensure client information is gathered correctly and fully The ability to ask appropriate questions The ability to converse with various personalities and to collect pertinent details to determine viability of their claims Accurate and fast typing skills PC/Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays A High School Diploma or GED, and must be 18 years of age Our benefits for Full Time Employees include: Employee Stock Ownership Full Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Paid Vacation Traditional 401K with company matching Free Life Insurance policy Legal Assistance Compensation: $20 / Hour with perfect attendance. Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $18 / Hour. Shifts Offered: Full Time - 40 hours Split Shifts Morning shift scheduled between 7am-12pm Afternoon shift scheduled between 3pm-10pm You must be available to work a Saturday OR Sunday each week You must be very punctual with great attendance.
