What we're looking for: Engagement Coordinator --at our Bakersfield CAMPUS . Summary: The Engagement Coordinator is responsible for providing an exceptional experience as the first person to interact with students, employees, and guests both face-to-face, over the telephone, and by email. Provides the highest level of customer service by greeting guests and students in a professional, warm, and welcoming manner while supporting overall business efforts. Oversees the front desk environment, performs clerical functions, manages internal meeting/gather spaces, and ensures campus organization. What We Offer: The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $18.00-$20.00 per year. Our benefit program for full-time colleagues includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as flexible spending and health savings accounts. You will accrue two to three weeks of paid vacation your first five years with eleven paid holidays. We offer state-compliant sick leave, disability insurance, and company-paid life insurance. We offer a 401k profit sharing plan with a discretionary match and tuition assistance to employees.
