The ideal candidate should have experience representing arrangers, agents, and lenders. Experience in a large law firm is preferred. The candidate must have excellent academic credentials and communication skills. Duties:Represent financial institutions in asset-based financing transactions.Handle middle-market and larger cash flow deals.Draft and review financing agreements, loan documents, and related legal documents.Conduct due diligence reviews for financing transactions.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on complex financing matters.Negotiate terms and conditions of financing transactions.Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in financing transactions.Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on financing matters.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.5+ years of experience in asset-based financing transactions.Experience representing arrangers, agents, and lenders.Experience in a large law firm preferred.Excellent academic credentials.Strong communication skills.
