Description:
At VA Northern California Health Care System, we stress the principles of servant leadership; the Supervisory PCP will benefit from training and gain experience in effective communication, data management, and process improvement for success on the front line. Managerial duties will include staff deployment & leave administration, human resources management & labor relations, professional practice review & evaluation, and planning & implementation around existing system imperatives. He/she will also have freedom and support to explore and develop or tailor new initiatives and projects to meet service performance metrics and/or health system strategic goals at their sites. The role will afford regular mentorship and interaction with Service level & Executive Leadership, including daily huddling, recurring site and system wide meetings, and championship of one or more broad performance metrics. He/she will have a reduced clinical load commensurate with the size/complexity of the site and the number of staff reports. Additional reductions may be considered for additional skills and work in various areas of key interest such as whole-health deployment.Salary range-$270,000-$280,000Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm; This is not a virtual/remote assignment.VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package.
