Key Position Responsibilities: Assemble, test, and pre-package units. Operate mold machines. Inspect parts. Contribute to efficient production procedures and an orderly production area. Promote standard operating procedures, safety policies, and regulations. Provide support to the Team as needed. Key Position Requirements: Production and processing aptitude Quality control mindset. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without assistance. Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable; able to work independently within a team focused environment.
