As our Receptionist/Bookkeeper, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service while managing administrative tasks and maintaining financial records. This multifaceted role requires a detail-oriented individual who can juggle various responsibilities with ease. Compensation: • Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000• Paid Time Off (PTO)• Stipend Benefits• Rapid growth potential Responsibilities:• Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.• Manage scheduling and appointments for clients and staff.• Maintain organized and accurate financial records using accounting software.• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.• Assist with payroll processing and employee record-keeping.• Prepare and distribute invoices and statements to clients.• Handle general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
