Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a licensed esthetician with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team of wellness professionals. As a Restore esthetician, you’ll work with clients on achieving their skin health goals and introduce them to our innovative wellness modalities that can enhance the esthetic services you provide. A Day in the Life of a Licensed Esthetician at Restore Performs thorough consultations with potential clients Administers a variety of esthetic services, including Hydrafacial, Cryoskin, and oxygen facials Builds and maintains client base Follows prospecting protocols Maintains accurate client records with daily reconciliation Schedules, confirms, and updates appointments as needed Ensures all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are clean, maintained, and stocked appropriately Recommends esthetic services to existing and new clients based on individual needs Educates clients on other Restore modalities and products that may enhance esthetic services Assists with daily store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, recommending services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc. Restocks inventories for all esthetic services and retail products Participates in regular 1:1 meetings with their Management Team Assists in executing esthetics marketing events, both on and off site Performs other duties as assigned Licensed Esthetician Strengths Motivated to build a strong client base Entrepreneurial mindset Solid work ethic and a commitment to integrity Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for helping and educating others Analytical problem solving and decision making Attention to detail with a focus on safety and compliance Effective organization and time management Stress management skills Confidence in an autonomous role Effective and professional communicator Desire to continuously learn and develop skillset P osition Requirements Must possess a current Texas Esthetician license Esthetician experience required (2 years minimum) Experience in Hydrafacial and Cryoskin equipment preferred Must be eligible to work in the US for any employer Must be available weekends Benefits We Offer Competitive hourly wage, plus bonuses Bonus opportunities based on performance Uncapped gratuity potential Complimentary Core Services Discounts on other services More About Us Restore Hyper Wellness is the leading retail provider of alternative health and wellness modalities in the United States.
