Internal Medicine physician employment in Minnesota : SPECIALTY: General Medicine LOCATION: Duluth, MN - Per diem availableSt. Cloud, MN - Own office requiredKnife Lake, MN - Own office requiredFergus Falls, MN - Own office requiredBENSON, MN - Own office requiredINTERNATIONAL FALLS, MN - Own office required JOB TYPE: Locum Tenens JOB NUMBER : 47366 Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) is a government contractor helping our nations Veterans. The VES site in Jesup, GA. Seeking General Medicine Providers to perform Compensation & Pension exams + Separation Health Assessments for Adults. Need is on a PRN basis, ongoing. Accepting specialties: FM/IM/Orthopedic Surgery, etc. or anyone with a background in general medicine, or experience with compensation and pension. Two options for coverage: Travel and perform exams at VES leased facility and/or schedule Veterans within your own practice- must be within 30 miles. One-Time non-treatment C&P exams + separation health assessments Exams are primarily interview-based w/some physical assessment. No prescribing/treatment Training shall be provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) Reporting/DBQs must be submitted within 48 hours upon exam completion - no narrative report. End product is completion of standardized form(s). Quick credentialing and onboarding Needing, at least, 5 Providers PRN shifts- options & rate type are as follows: Half-day Rate- flat rate for 4-hour shifts or less (includes time to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, not OT, no admin time) Daily Rate- flat rate for 5-hour shifts or longer (includes times to complete exams, submit, report, including any addendums, no OT, no admin time) Required: Active/unrestricted MN state license BC/BE (within 0-3 years of residency) Familiar with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio required. Proficient in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions. Use of Goniometer required. Own personal laptop (NO MACS) Must be willing to wear a mask during all visits. DMA certified or willing to train/certify. CV needs current home address listed for presentation.
