Talenz Healthcare is seeking a per diem / prn Speech Language Pathologist for a per diem / prn job in Santa Clara, California.Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist Discipline: Therapy Duration: Ongoing Employment Type: Per DiemPer Diem Speech-Language Pathologist - Santa Clara, CA Weekly Rate: $50.00 - $60.00Type of Work: PRN or Per Diem Set up : SNF ( sub acute and post acute)Educational Requirement: 1. Bachelors or masters in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.2. Experience and Licensing Requirements: 3. Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the State of California. 4. Minimum of 1 year experience Preferred5. New Grad are accepted too6. Basic Life Support CertificationJob Summary: The Speech-Language Therapist (SLP) evaluates patients with communication disorders and swallowing deficits, plans and implements patient treatment, plans, and coordinates patient discharge, and prepares detailed progress reports and appropriate patient documentation.
