Job Description: Locally family owned pool business located in Tucson, Arizona. We are in the midst of hiring a reliable Full Time pool cleaner with past experience. First two weeks of training with someone is $18/hour on your own it can range from $22-$25 depending on experience. This job requires cleaning residential and commercial pool properties. Employees will be provided with a cell phone, uniform, equipment, work truck, and gas. This is a Monday- Friday job and some Saturday’s (short days) when needed. We have medical, dental insurance and other insurance. MUST BE OVER 21 TO APPLYResponsibilities And Duties:Cleaning the pool, this includes brushing the walls and floors of the pool to remove dirt, algae, and debris.Vacuuming pools, to remove leaves, twigs, and other objectsTest and balance water chemistry to ensure safe and clean swimming conditionsAdding chemicals as neededMaintain accurate records of work performed and materials usedEmpty skimmer basketsInteracting with homeowners in a professional mannerCommunicate any problems with the pool equipment with supervisorsQualifications and Skills:Strong knowledge of pool cleaningAttention to detail to ensure proper water chemistry balanceExcellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide exceptional customer serviceSkilled in operating pool cleaning equipment such as vacuums, skimmers, nets, and brushesGood attitudeDiligentDependableMust be able to work independentlyPhysically fit, able to carry 50 pounds perhaps multiple times a dayAble to work outside in all weather conditionsPass a background checkMust have a valid drivers licenseHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMust be able to pass a drug testPlease Apply on our website: https://oasispoolstucson.com/careers/
