We're seeking a dedicated Montessori Primary Lead Teacher to guide children ages 3-6 on a journey of discovery and growth. Come be a part of our close-knit community, where every day is an adventure and every child's potential is nurtured. Duties Interacts directly and daily with assigned class of students Demonstrates effective classroom management Is responsible for preparing and maintaining the Montessori classroom Gives lessons, both group and individual Develops and implements curriculum based on Montessori principles Keeps the classroom neat and organized Plans and oversees special activities, classroom celebrations, etc. Assesses students' progress weekly Keeps records of lessons given to students and monitors their progress Requirements The candidate must have a Montessori Certification in Early Childhood (ages 3-6) Dedication to providing a nurturing, nature-oriented learning environment Commitment to long-term professional growth and development Strong teamwork skills and a youthful, open-minded approach Strong work ethic Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice To Haves 6 months experience in a DSS-licensed facility Benefits Paid Time Off - Holiday Pay and PTO (available after a set amount of time) Sick Leave Paid Vacation Time Health Insurance - Available after 60 days!
