GC Associates USA requires an Accountant to provide accounting services supporting company contracts and operations. The Accountant will provide services to include bookkeeping, Costpoint project updates, financial reconciliation & monthly reviews, and other duties as assigned.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Bookkeeping - Monthly invoice generation Periodic timecard import & posting Payroll & associated entries Leave accrual Accounts receivable entry and reconciliation Accounts Payable and Credit Cards processing Deltek O&M Operations - Adding & Terminating employees Adding Projects Supporting contract structure meetings Month End Requirements - Bank Reconciliation Balance Sheet Reconciliation Preparation of month end package Income Statement Balance Sheet Indirect rate report Open Accounts Payable Open Accounts Receivable Monthly Book Close Review & Distribution System Maintenance as required Signoff on all Bookkeeper Entries Financial Statement Review Support SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related fieldExperience: At least 3-5 years' experience with accounting software to include Deltek Costpoint.
