JOB SUMMARY The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for the entire accounts payable processing cycle including: invoices, expense reimbursements, corporate cards, creating payment requests, responding to employee and vendor questions, and printing and mailing checks. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collect and process invoices, expense reimbursements, credit card transactions and payment requests Executes internal controls related to assigned areas and tasks Responsible for the void check process Research and resolve issues for vendors and employees Coaches and assists internal customers on AP issues Provides assistance with internal and external audits Prepares journal entries and account reconciliations Assists in month end closing Payment tracers/investigations 1099 reporting Special projects, as necessary QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 2 years in an Accounts Payable role Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are required Strong working knowledge of the general ledger and its relationship to financial statements Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail-oriented and possess the ability to effectively work both independently or in a team setting High performer who wants to further their career by working for a fast-growing international company offering opportunities for professional growth and development PREFERRED SKILLS Experience in a multidivisional organization Experience with Workday IMG is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
