YMCA of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties is looking to hire a Head Age Group Swim Coach. ABOUT YMCA OF BUCKS AND HUNTERDON COUNTIES YMCA of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties is a charitable, nonprofit organization committed to strengthening our communities through membership and programs that foster youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility for all . If you are interested in contributing to the largest Youth focused non-profit in the country, please read on! Head Age Group Coach Salary : $40,000 - $45,000 per year Head Age Group Coach Hours : Year-round, seasonally dependent. From Sept - Jun 3pm - 9:30pm. From Jul - Aug 5am - 8am, plus applicable swim meets as scheduled. Head Age Group Coach Responsibilities : Overseeing the coaching, training, and developing our swim team members Encouraging swimmers throughout the season by helping to set and attain positive and achievable goals Ensuring the supervision and safety of swimmers Evaluating team members and recording progress in practice and at meets Management of administrative functions related to the Swim Team Supports and participates in the Y Swim Team private lesson program through scheduled private lessons Head Age Group Coach Qualifications : Are 18 years of age or older Have knowledge of and experience in competitive swimming Have 2+ years of experience working with children (professional, volunteer, or familial) Can be a positive role model for our swimmers Are able to perform First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen (training provided) Head Age Group Coach Benefits: Supplemental insurance benefits (Voluntary Accident/Injury, Hospital, and Cancer coverage via Aflac) 12% employer contribution to your YMCA pension plan YMCA Membership Up to 100% off of Childcare and Camps Exceptional growth potential for your role and career Salary: $18-25 per hour based on experience Job Type: Part-time YMCA is an Equal Opportunity Employer All Qualified Women, Minorities, Persons with Disabilities, and US Veterans Encouraged to Apply ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
