Salary Range: $67,000 - $75,000 annually Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's overall goals. Envision and articulate a clear roadmap for business expansion and growth. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and emerging opportunities. Analyze competitor landscapes to stay ahead in the industry. Product Development and Launch: Oversee the end-to-end process of developing new beverages, food products, and retail merchandise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. Digital Experience Enhancement: Drive the development of cutting-edge digital experiences for our customers. Identify and implement digital strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Financial Analysis and ROI: Evaluate the financial viability of new initiatives and ensure a positive return on investment. Monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of business strategies. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive leadership and various departments to align business strategies with organizational goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a strategic leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Track record of successful product launches and business expansion.
