OVERVIEW: A detailed-oriented, passionate, and dynamic individual is needed to be an integral part of our Core Product Development team, ensuring that we are continuously analyzing marketplace learnings to drive product and process improvements. In this position, you'll experience unparalleled collaboration with many functions of the organization - Engineering, Customer Excellence, Marketing, Supply Chain, Creative, ID, Quality, Manufacturing, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Senior Executives, offering you exposure and interaction rarely found in other roles in the organization. You'll play a pivotal role in leading product and data analysis of our legacy product to ensure sustainable designs and proper product documentation to drive successful product launches and consumer support. Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do: Manage the execution of SKU extensions for both domestic and global markets to ensure the growth of the product portfolio Act as the product "expert" for cross-functional team member questions and concerns Support product line development through the growth, active and end of life stages of the products with the cross-functional team Manage the continuous improvements of product lines based on consumer feedback and engineering opportunities Drive on time replacement parts and accessory creation requests to meet timelines for successful product launches Present status of activities and special projects to management regularly Prepare and present to global customers, as needed Manage product cost structure, reporting, and cost rationalization exercises - and collaborate with supply chain, merchandising, and supply planning teams on product sourcing strategy recommendations Create and implement go-to-market collateral to support product launch, including instructional material and consumer-facing product specification information Review and ensure protection of Trademarks, safety and compliance needs Always strive for process efficiency - we value a go-getter who can make the most out of any situation and deliver impactful results ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering, product development, marketing, or a related field 2-5 years of related experience, preferably at a consumer goods company A "100% on" consumer-first perspective when it comes to introducing new products/processes or improving current products Ability to be a team player as well as work independently Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint, PLM and Jira a plus Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills Resourceful, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented Basic understanding of SW and HW development processes a plus A desire to learn and grow in a passionate environment The ability to embrace transparency and shifting priorities while learning from each decision and focusing on the path forward YOUR ROLE in DIVERSIFYING As a corporate citizen, learn and support SharkNinja's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy Be an Ally, find internal Champions Explore SharkNinja's Employee Resource Groups or volunteer to serve on committees that organize diversity-related events and activities Participate in employee engagement surveys and respond as openly and honestly as possible Become culturally competent; take the time to learn about different cultures, races, religions and backgrounds represented by your colleagues Treat people in a way they wish to be treated rather than the way you wish to be treated YOUR ROLE in leading our SUCCESS DRIVERS & representing our UNIQUE MINDSET Leads us to be " RARELY SATISFIED " Make things better each day; " PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION " Using your knowledge of our consumer, understand that " DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE ," Deliver something great; " WINNING IS A TEAM SPORT " Be clear and honest, " COMMUNICATING FOR IMPACT."
