Looking for a Registered nurse for my home health agency. Employee will make their own schedule. This position is very flexible and allow to have another job.Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pain management, health coaching, and senior care, with knowledge in various medical specialties.Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and support to individuals across the lifespan- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and management strategies- Monitor patient progress and update medical records accurately- Assist in medical procedures and surgeries as neededRequirements:- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred- Experience in diverse clinical settings such as pediatrics, critical care, infectious disease care, geriatrics, and medical offices- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems- Strong understanding of physiology and pathophysiology- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentJoining our team as a Registered Nurse offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while advancing your nursing career.
