About the Opportunity The INSPIRED COPD Outreach Program, in collaboration with Research, Innovation and Discovery, is developing a Proof of Concept for a community-based program providing spirometry and virtual COPD education to residents of the Tri-Facilities area of the Musquodoboit Valley and Eastern Shore.
