Monitors the implementation of current policies and procedures, which reflect adherence to corporate and external regulatory guidelines. Reviews new regulatory directives and implements changes as needed. Schedules site visits to provide training, guidance, and communication to support autonomy and accountability. Participates in State and Federal surveys and compliance investigations. Supports and follows up with communities in identifying trends and assists in the development of corrective action plans and troubleshooting resolutions. Monitors clinical and operational platforms (accounting, clinical, sales, etc.) and takes a proactive approach to addressing opportunities and trends. Reports to leaders and ownership on community performance, along with action plans to improve. Why You Are Qualified: RN or LPN licnense in good standing 5 years’ management experience (senior living experience preferred) Ability to travel to multiple states on a regular basis to support communities Comfort with financial and clinical software; data reporting systems Hired candidates will be required to successfully complete background checks, employment verifications, and other pre-employment practices as required by law.
