A company is looking for a Medical Strategy & Operations Manager - Performance Management. Key Responsibilities: Leading operational activities to plan, implement, and maintain capability in alignment with strategy and goals Owning the lifecycle management of capability, including process, technology, and analytics Driving user experience testing, communication with cross-functional teams, and continuous improvement efforts Qualifications & Education: Doctorate, Master's, Bachelor's, Associate's degree, or High school diploma with relevant work experience 3+ years of project management experience, PMP or DASM certification preferred Experience with Salesforce, Veeva Vault, or similar technology platforms Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry guidelines and compliance regulations Strong project management experience and expertise in life sciences or related fields
