An installer position is fast:paced and is physically demanding. Para texto en español, ver abajo What you'll do as an HVAC Technician :Service heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment and other products, following all safety rules and manufacturer specifications:Identify, wire, and start:up complete residential systems:Troubleshoot, recommend, and resolve/repair all issues to keep equipment functioning properly:May perform start:ups, testing and recording results for each system during start:up to ensure the system is functioning properly:Perform proper inspection of system and inform dispatch/customer of any outstanding concerns:Explain each service and repair performed to dispatch/customer:Directly coordinate with office for day:to:day work schedule:Facilitate orders for all parts required for appointments and ensure preparedness for the day of service:Transport parts, materials and tools to the job site and provide proper accounting of assigned items:Debrief all service(s) provided with dispatch/customer after each service call with respective documentation:Inspection of area for cleanliness after job completion:Maintain company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out:Abide by all company standards of performance and code of ethics:Maintaining a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates:Ensure all foot ware has protective floor savers while working in client home:Provide excellent customer service:Complete paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner:Follow safety policies and procedures.Minimum qualifications and what you'll need to be able to do :Be at least 18 years old:Lift up to 50 pounds:Able to work at heights and use a ladder:Have prior HVAC service experience:Able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach:Comfortable in small, confined spaces like attics:Able to withstand extreme temperatures and weather conditions while wearing PPE:Go up and down stairs:Adhere to strict safety, quality, and organizational standards:Able to use a computer for basic tasks:Communicate and read in English:Have a valid driver's license and able to drive to and from job sitesWhat its like to work at Airtron :Safety Culture.Airtron is committed to safety and it's our 1 company value.
