Project Overview: The Cheniere Corpus Christi Liquefaction (CCL) Project is a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) export facility located on the north shore of Corpus Christi Bay in Gregory, Texas. The 1,000+ acre facility started bulk early works in July 2015 as the first greenfield export facility in the United States. Bechtel has successfully and safely completed construction and it now consists of three operating Trains with an LNG production capacity ofapproximately 15 million tons per year (MTPA), three LNG storage tanks with combined capacity of 480,000 cubic meters of LNG, 2 Jetty superstructures that can accommodate the world's largest vessels, and dozens of associated buildings and utilities. Corpus Christi Liquefaction Project Stage 3 (CCL3) is a new phase at the existing CCL facility and will consist of seven midscale liquefaction trains with an LNG production capacity of approximately 10 MTPA, and associated infrastructure including utilities. CCL3 will perform all this work predominantly on a direct hire basis with support from only a few specialty and service subcontractors. Job Summary: The Instrumentation Startup Engineer will work as part of Corpus Christi Stage 3 (CCL3) Startup team under the direction of the I and C Startup Lead to support the overall commissioning and startup process. The primary responsibility will be to perform the on:site testing and validation of the instrumentation and control systems associated with the project through the pre:commissioning, commissioning, and startup/initial operations phases. Including the managing of craft personnel to perform the work. Responsible for ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, ensuring that all applicable SWPP's and STCP's are being utilized and followed and in compliance with the project safety standards, the project quality standards, and the design/specifications;as well asperforming general functions inherent to field position.LI:AA1 Major Responsibilities: :Plan and execute I and C testing, as required to place the CCL3 facility into service.:Supervise field manual craft professionals as required to perform assigned tasks; monitor and control craft performance and be accountable for performance of the craft against the budget.:Preparation of system testing and turnover documentation including scoped documents, test records, test procedures and other similar required documents.:Supervise and direct subcontractor personnel as required to support commissioning activities (i.e.: HVAC balancing, fire protection commissioning, emissions testing, interlock testing, etc.). Plan work with the subcontractors and monitor it and control it in accordance with the terms of the contract to stay within the budget and schedule cons
