About the RoleThe Senior Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, modeling, valuation, due diligence, and research on various projects and transactions. The senior analyst will also prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders. The senior analyst will work closely with the managers and directors of the practice and collaborate with other team members across different service lines.Expectations & Duties· Perform financial analysis, modeling, valuation, diligence, and research on various projects and transactions.· Assist clients with audit preparation, transaction due diligence, and implementation of ASC 606 and other accounting standards.· Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals that communicate key findings, recommendations, and risks to internal and external stakeholders.· Support the managers and directors of the firm in developing and executing strategies and solutions for clients.· Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.· Remain updated on the latest market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes that may affect the firm and its clients.· Ability to work at our Oak Brook, New York, Beverly Hills, Austin, or Charlotte office, 3 days a week.Key Competencies Required for Success 1. Results orientationRequired Education & Experience· A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. A master's degree or a professional certification, such as CFA, CPA, or CA, is preferred.· At least three to five years of relevant experience in audit, financial advisory, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.· Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex and large data sets.· Proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and accounting principles and methodologies.· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members at all levels.· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with financial software, such as Power BI and Adaptive is a plus.· Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented and the ability to work independently and under pressure.E78 Partners is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
