With innovative initiatives like our mobile diagnostic unit, we strive to make essential services accessible and equitable.**Position Overview:**OBC is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Ideal candidates are recent graduates or have 1-2 years of experience. This role offers an opportunity for hands-on experience and professional growth in a supportive environment.**Key Responsibilities:**- Conduct assessment and develop individualized treatment plans- Implement ABA interventions and monitor progress- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure comprehensive care- Collect and analyze data to inform treatment adjustments- Maintain accurate and timely documentation- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development activities**Qualifications:**- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- 0-2 years of ABA experience- Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills- Bilingual capabilities are a plus**Benefits:**- Competitive salary and benefits package- Professional development and continuing education opportunities- Supportive and collaborative work environment- BLOCK SCHEDULES- Paid time off
