What it's like to be a Controller at Controller As a new Controller at Enable Dental, you can expect to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making. Requirements for this Controller job Successful candidates for the Controller position at Enable Dental will possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA designation being beneficial. With at least 10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, you should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation. Experience in working with multi-location/entities is crucial, along with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in the Microsoft platform is required, as well as expertise in accounting software - preferably SAGE Intacct.
