We are searching for a Closing Manager to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, and post closing issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle a constantly changing environment and love working with people. Responsibilities: • Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans• Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity• Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly• Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills• Real estate license preferred • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred• High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience• Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 About Company: Martin Bouma and The Bouma Group Realtors have been in the business for 38 years and have consistently been Ann Arbor's top Realtor, closing over 180 transactions in 2023 Our commitment to customer service, market knowledge, and a highly skilled group of team members provide an excellent work environment for someone wanting to enter the business of real estate.
