Description:

BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Level Ahead ABA is seeking a professional BCBA/LBA who is passionate about providing high-quality ABA therapy! BCBA's create treatment plans for clients with autism and related disorders, supervise RBT's in treatment implementation, and provide caregivers with guidance and support. Job Responsibilities: · Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments · Create comprehensive treatment plans including function based behavior intervention plans, as well as skill acquisition programs · Train, supervise, and guide RBT's (ABA Paraprofessionals) in implementation of treatment plans · Monitor ongoing ABA programs, assess and update as needed · Ensure accurate electronic data reflective of client's progress on our data collection platform · Provide ABA training and support to parents and other caregivers · Coordinate treatment with other members of client's team Qualifications: · Current BCBA certification and state licensure · Current malpractice insurance · Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field · Demonstrated skill and experience implementing ABA therapy with individuals with autism and related disorders · Familiarity with clinical assessments such as the Vineland, VB-Mapp, ABBLS, AFFL's, etc · Strong supervisory and management skills · Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to establish supportive and collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers · Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly · Access to reliable transportation, ability to travel · Ability to lift 50+ poundsCompensation and Benefits: · Competitive rates, commensurate with credentials and experience · Flexible schedule · Part-time/full time caseloads · Benefits included for full time employees · Access to full library of Continuing Education workshops · Clinical mentorship · Administrative support · Opportunities for growthFor more information, please see our website at www.levelaheadaba.comPowered by JazzHR
