Requirements:Must be admitted to practice law in the state of Florida and in good standing.Excellent writing, research, litigation, analytical, and advocacy skills.Strong interest in working for the labor movement.Ability to handle multiple cases and projects simultaneously.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and courtroom presentation. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the Florida Bar. Skills:Exceptional legal writing and research abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective advocacy and litigation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Knowledge of labor law and union-related legal issues.
