Inspiration Global seeking a Senior AS/400 Support Engineerwith natural curiosity and a technical mindset who is interested in actively learning, growing, and taking on more responsibility, Own and develop relationships, act as technical point of contact. As a , Senior AS/400 Support Engineer your job duties involve JOB SUMMARY: Job Responsibilities: Job Description:1. Over 15 years of experience in supporting AS/400 applications2. Proficient in programming using DDS, CL, RPG, and RPGLE 3. Strong experience in MAPICS4. Excellent communication skills for interacting with end users and documenting custom programs and processes5. Strong expertise in supporting AS/400 business applications across various domains a. Manufacturing operationsb. Engineering (items, BOMs, routings, etc.)c. Inventory, scheduling, order release, job reporting, quality inspection, costing, maintenance, data collection, etc.d. Accounting, order entry, shipping, purchasing, HR, etc. 6. Additional experience in system administration is a plus 7. Exposure to performing full system saves, applying PTFs, OS upgrades, or hardware/network changes (optional) 8.
