We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Sales Development Executive. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to drive our company's growth. If you have a knack for persuasion and enjoy building relationships with customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but most importantly, we're looking for someone who is motivated, personable, and eager to kick-start their career in sales. Responsibilities:• Identify and generate high-value business opportunities for our sales team to pursue and close.• Utilize various methods such as calling, texting, or emailing to prospect leads and engage with potential customers.• Stay informed about competitors' products or services to develop effective selling strategies.• Attend online meetings and company trainings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.• Collaborate with sales management to set and achieve goals, and continuously improve the sales process. Qualifications:• Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable.• Familiarity with the sales process and CRM software is a plus.• Strong team player with excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and goal achievement.• Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.• This position is 100% commission only.
