This role is a great entry into the Retirement Plan Advisor industry, where career options include advanced Account Management, Plan Advisor, Investment Analyst, and more. RESPONSIBILITIESJob Highlights * Be the right hand for our Retirement Plan Advisors and their clients for high-level, specialized plan administration expertise * Prepare materials and handle logistics for client fiduciary and participant education meetings * Maintain critical financial and CRM systems * Help Advisors to analyze plan investment performance, participation, contributions, and other key metrics and develop recommendations for clients * Help to select plan providers, monitor performance, and coordinate actions * Manage changes to plan investments and providers * Troubleshoot administrator and participant issues * Collaborate with other Account Managers and management to continuously improve our account management operations in support of Advisors and clients * Work shoulder-to-shoulder with professionals in a firm focused on providing comprehensive guidance and expertise to employers for retirement benefits, health and ancillary benefits, and HR QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree or Post secondary education in business, finance, or other related field may be used to substitue for required experience. * Written and Verbal communication skills * Ability to track, prioritize, and complete multiple assigned tasks in a busy environment * Thrive in a team-based environment that involves working closely with coworkers to achieve client and internal objectives * MS Suite, especially Word, Excel and OutlookRewards Highlights * A healthy, fostering workplace culture * Engaged, mission-focused professional workforce * Experience and infrastructure to support remote workers * Collaborative workspaces when you want to come into the office * Flexible paid time off with no accruals or banks * Safe Harbor 401k plan with quick entry * High-quality health and other benefits with lots of choice and reasonable contributions * Genuine support for professional development with career plans and investment in certifications, education, and training * Hundreds of Alera offices nationwideBENEFITSSalary Range: $54,000 to$90,000 DOEWe're an equal opportunity employer.
